The SCGC D/PW is a solid wood dreadnought-sized guitar designed to be able to provide the sophisticated tone and playability SCGC has become famous for at a price far below anything available from SCGC for many years. The PW refers to pre-war or advanced X bracing. This style bracing gives the guitar an incredible presence and bass response yet retains a good balance with strong midrange and bright powerful treble response. The advanced X bracing also makes the guitar very responsive for fingerstyle playing as well as powerful rhythm bass lines.
